You may have noticed that we have recently made some changes to our website and online shop!

Why have we made the changes?

Due to rising costs and the impact of Brexit on the cost of importing our French Soaps, our business was sadly no longer sustainable as it was, we have absorbed the increased costs for as long as we possibly could, but we had some tough decisions to make.

We were faced with the choice of closing our business completely, or making changes to ensure the business was viable. We hope you understand.

What changes have we made?

With immediate effect the following changes have been made

• Our website and online shop is now hosted by our partner SumUp. Some of the functionality and the experience using the checkout may be slightly different.
• All payments through our online store are now handled securely by our partner, SumUp. This unfortunately means we can no longer accept PayPal as a payment method. Payments can be made using a debit or credit card and are 100% secure, payment will be taken and handled by SumUp.
• We have reviewed our pricing and whilst we still believe you won't find the products we offer cheaper anywhere else on the internet, sadly we have had to increase the prices of some of our products. These price increases have been kept to a minimum and are necessary to ensure the survival of our business.

What hasn't changed

• We are still the same family run business as we have always been and our products are the same products you have come to know and love.
• We still believe in a better way! All our products are vegan friendly, plastic free and made from 100% natural ingredients.
• We still offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within the HU18 postcode area, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over £30 elsewhere.
• We still offer the best prices for the products we sell, we pride ourselves on never overcharging.

We hope you understand the need for the changes, and we look forward to continuing to offer you amazing Natural Products at great prices in the future.
